WittKieffer has partnered with Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) to identify a seasoned physician to serve as its Medical Director, Ambulatory Improvement. Working under the broad direction of the Senior Vice President, Ambulatory Care and Patient Experience, the Medical Director is a key member of the Ambulatory leadership team and decision-making structure. He/She will provide the highest level of overall medical leadership of all aspects of the Ambulatory service to the organization.  The Medical Director is responsible for clinical leadership of the MGH Ambulatory Enterprise, coordinating efforts to improve access, efficiency, quality, and value while overseeing clinical operations, regulatory compliance of professional and support staff to ensure planning and provision of
