The Department of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Medical University of South Carolina In Charleston, SC is actively recruiting a board certified/ board eligible faculty member. We are seeking an academically driven, fellowship-trained, pediatric orthopedic surgeon with capabilities in general pediatric orthopedics, with an invitation to develop a sub-specialty practice in neuromuscular disease, trauma, or limb deformity. The incoming faculty member will join our three current pediatric orthopaedic faculty and clinical staff in serving patients in the Charleston tri-county area, as well as in satellite clinics in South Carolina. This hire will contribute to all facets of the academic mission with clinical, research, and teaching responsibilities.
The Department of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation has 46 Faculty members serving the clinical, research, and education missions. The Department delivers the region’s most comprehensive range of musculoskeletal services, encompassing every orthopaedic subspecialty.
