The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon to be an integral part of our faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collegial division of Orthopaedic specialists who work closely with caring and experienced nurses and consult with physicians in other medical specialties at UNMC.
Our hospital partner, Nebraska Medicine is one of two nationally certified Level I Trauma Center in Nebraska serving both children and adults. Together we provide the latest comprehensive care in each of our orthopaedic specialties including general, joint reconstruction, foot and ankle, hand and upper extremity, oncology, pediatrics, shoulder and elbow, trauma, spine, and sports medicine.

The successful candidate must be an MD/DO (or equivalent degree) who has completed an orthopaedic surgery residency and orthopaedic trauma fellowship.
