Assistant Professor without tenure (WOT), Shoulder & Elbow Surgeon - Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine
The UW Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine is seeking a full-time fellowship-trained candidate for a faculty position in its widely recognized shoulder and elbow service. The position is for an Assistant Professor, WOT (without tenure) in our academic promotion track. The practice is located at the University of Washington Medical Center. Appointment will be made at the Assistant Professor level (without tenure due to funding). Responsibilities could include resident and fellow education, medical student teaching, and clinical or basic research. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to develop a busy clinical practice encompassing all aspects of shoulder and elbow conditions, as well as a robust program in clinical research, the study of educational methodolo
