The Goodnough Laboratory in the Stanford University Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is seeking to hire a full-time lab manager under the title of Life Science Research Professional 1. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in extracting and culturing human and mouse skeletal stem cells, is well-informed about the current field of skeletal aging and regeneration, and has a strong desire to take charge in establishing a new lab. We focus on investigating the regenerative potential of skeletal stem cells in combination with surgically-facilitated mechanical repair mechanisms.
