The Department of Business in the College of Liberal Arts at Rollins College is seeking applicants for a tenure track position in Business in Human Resources and Leadership at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning in August 2025.
The position includes teaching undergraduate required Human Resources, Leadership, and Management courses, in the Department of Business. The ability to teach other core and elective courses is highly desirable. Other responsibilities of the positions may include advising, program and curriculum development, assurance of learning (AOL), service activities, general education, AACSB-associated requirements, and research. Exhibited ability and willingness to develop and sustain an active research agenda and output is required. The willingness to teach blended and evening courses is expected.

Minimum Qualifications and Education:
PhD degree in Business Management or closely related business area (ABD will be considered).
Preference given to PhD from an AACSB accredited university.
Experience teaching at undergraduate college level.
Demonstrated ability to publish academic articles.
Preference given to ABDC listed or SCOPUS indexed publications.
Demonstrated or articulated commitment to teaching excellence, preferably in the liberal arts.
Ability or desire to contribute to, help foster, and sustain a diverse and inclusive learning and working environment at Rollins.

The search committee will conduct some preliminary in-person interviews during the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and Conference in Chicago, IL on 11-13 August.
