The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University (ECU) seeks a board certified or board eligible rehabilitation physician to practice management of musculoskeletal patients at the ECU Health Neurosurgery Center. This is primarily an outpatient clinic assignment, with the physician housed onsite with the Neurosurgeons, at our Pain Center, and our outpatient clinic; but the candidate would also participate in didactics with residents, rotating medical students, and occasional research students. Abundant opportunities exist for performance of EMG/NCS, ultrasound, interventional spine procedures, spasticity management including baclofen pumps, botox, xeomin, and phenol injections. Opportunities also exist with non-operative orthopedics and sports medicine.
