Assistant Professor without tenure (WOT) - Orthopaedic Oncology
The Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine of the University of Washington is seeking a full-time orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in musculoskeletal tumor surgery. An interest in complex total joint replacement surgery of the hip and the knee is desirable. This position will be based at the University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC) and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Appointment will be at the Assistant Professor level (without tenure due to funding) in our academic promotion track.Responsibilities include patient care, resident and fellow education, medical student teaching, and clinical or basic science research. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a busy clinical practice while providing exceptional collaborative patient care.
