The successful applicant will have a strong publishing record in a tissue engineering discipline. It is not expected that candidates will have expertise in all areas needed to carry the project forward. Our highly interdisciplinary research group provides extensive opportunities for training and collaboration. Ideal candidates should have experience in at least some of the following areas:
- Musculoskeletal tissue engineering
- Biomaterials/polymer chemistry
- Growth factor delivery platform development
- Mechanical/biochemical characterizations of musculoskeletal connective tissues
- Computational modeling
