The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical School is presently recruiting for a surgical faculty physician to join the Foot and Ankle Surgery team. Besides patient care, specific duties also include teaching medical students, house officers and fellows and conducting/participating in research. The ideal candidate will be Fellowship trained with an interest in resident and fellow education, as well as clinical research and scholarly activity. This position includes clinical work at both the Ann Arbor VA hospital and Michigan Medicine.

Candidates should possess an M.D./D.O. and be board certified or eligible for certification; completed specialty fellowship training in Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle surgery; hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the State of Michigan; demonstrate outstanding teaching and clinical care abilities; and have associated research interests.
This position is posted as Clinical Assistant Professor/Clinical Associate Professor/Clinical Professor. The rank of the selected candidate will depend on qualifications.
