Location: Chicago, ILJob Description:Provides healthcare services typically performed by a physician, under the supervision of a physician or in collaboration with a physician.Provide support by seeing clinic patients independently at various clinical locations, in particular at the University of Chicago Orland Park clinic, the Ambulatory clinic in Hyde Park, and potential Northwest Indiana locations.  Provide patient access in the Orthopaedic Surgery Walk-in clinic in Orland Park on one or more evenings per week.Hold independent clinics and provide care for new, return and pre- and post-operative patients.Perform in-office procedures (arthrocentesis, ultra-sound
