What you will do:
Design, integrate, and test software applications for Robotics systems focused on clinical function integration and data management.
Develop precise product functional and performance requirements through system analysis methodologies.
Evaluate the design's overall effectiveness.
Ensure tracing between the user and business needs, and the design input requirements
Work with System Architect in developing the system architecture for clinical and digital features
Models systems behavior to drive requirement definition and refinement and to help with architectural decisions
Develop the decomposition of design input requirements into detailed subsystem requirements.
Provides links between design inputs, architectural components, and subsystem requirements, to ensure the design meets expectations.
Develops documentation to support feature development as required by the Quality system, Program Management, and other stakeholders
Works with System Architect and Lead System Designer to develop design prototypes
Works with fellow Design Engineers and System Architect to integrate features of Robotics system with Stryker's cloud-based applications
Executes and document exploratory testing for completeness of feature functionalities
Works with software and hardware engineering teams to provide feedback on design implementation and test results
Works with operation team to develop design transfer plan and documentation for production readiness of data solution features
What you need:
A Bachelor's degree in system engineering, biomedical engineering or related discipline. Advanced degree is preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst or an SW product owner.
Detail-oriented with strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Analytical skills to decompose problem statements and to create solution options
Software programming skills in Matlab, C++, or Python is highly desired
Ability to develop test protocols/procedures, collect and analyze data is highly desirable
