WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The System Technical Lead- Cloud Software System designs, integrates and tests software applications for Robotics systems focused on clinical function integration and data management . Specifies precise new product functional requirements; designs, tests and integrates components to produce final designs; and evaluates the design's overall effectiveness, cost, reliability and safety. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with business owners to understand end users' needs & goals when using the cloud software system
Develop detailed technical use cases through functional analysis for cloud software system.
Develop precise functional, security and performance requirements for cloud software system through system analysis methodologies.
Provide clear functional and technical goals of new software development to System Architect as an input to the software system architecture
Work as the part of software scrum team to develop user stories, acceptance criteria and testing methodologies.
Work with business owner & UI designer to ensure intuitive product design for user-facing components within the cloud software system
Contribute to software backlog development and prioritization process
Provide input into software release scoping & planning through close collaboration with Program and Project management
Execute and document exploratory testing to ascertain the completeness of software feature functionalities
Evaluate the design's overall effectiveness, including, scalability, security and user experience
Work with fellow Design Engineers to integrate features of medical devices with the cloud software system
WHAT YOU NEED:
A Bachelor's degree in system engineering, biomedical engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience being a System Analyst or Software Product Owner in a security-centric software development environment
NICE TO HAVES:
Advanced Degree (Masters or PhD)
Professional experience with network security and data privacy is highly desirable.
Software programming skills in Matlab, C++, or Python is highly desired
Ability to develop test protocols/procedures, collect and analyze data is highly desirable
