What you will do-
You will be a leader in the IT Indirect Sourcing function. You will partner IT leadership team and functional spend owners to deliver improved cost and service levels. You will improve processes and systems to enable improved speed to execution. You will develop and drive enterprise-wide spend leverage strategies, including strategic supplier development in order to act as a trusted advisor. This is a hybrid role. The employee is expected to be physically present at a Stryker location on a cadenced basis but has the flexibility to work from home.
Partner with the IT leadership team, including VP IT, as well as functional spend owners to develop and execute sourcing strategy that supports global IT business requirements
Lead/support supplier sourcing activities for IT category. Specific activities include:
Data collection and spend analysis
The RFx process
Implementation and continuous improvement
Deliver consistent YoY sourcing savings by leveraging over $500M annual global IT spend
Develop and implement supplier category strategies and best practices for the IT category team
Develop and advance procurement professional talent
What you need-
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Mgt, Engineering, Finance or equivalent), required
