What you will do:
The Associate Market Insights Manager is responsible for the creation and development of marketing metrics and analytics dashboards that provide meaningful customer insights. Works collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to translate these insights into actionable plans.
Own strategy, creation, and delivery of technology and marketing metric & insight dashboards. Responsible for working cross functionally to consolidate and deliver dashboards for multiple internal and customer audiences.
Develop effective relationships with business leaders, product teams, field marketing teams, field sales representatives, marketing operations, and experiential marketing to leverage data and assess opportunities to enhance the customer relationships with the company.
Support divisional sales and marketing projects by partnering with cross-functional leaders to assess their needs for customer insights and structure projects to achieve these specific goals.
Act as SME for gathering data insights from enterprise systems and provide recommendations for system enhancements to continuously improve metric dashboards and marketing insights.
Lead cross functional team to interpret and analyze metric dashboards and translate into actionable marketing insights and actions.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
Required 6+ years of work experience required
2+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
Ability create and develop marketing metrics and analytics dashboards
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology implementations.
