What you will do
Responsible for purchasing direct and indirect materials & services to support all business requirements.
Purchasing of direct and indirect materials to support production in accordance to the internal procedures and policies.
Maintains constant communication with suppliers about the delivery dates that need to be expedited and keeps the system updated, making sure that the established delivery dates are met.
Control and improve KPIs such as: supplier and customer on time delivery & inventory levels.
Maintain and align order policy parameters according to Corporate guidelines.
Collect and report data from day to day operations to identify and propose improvements in terms of cost, delivery, quality, efficiency.
Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery and inventories.
Complete special projects as assigned and provide manager support as required.
Collaborative engagement with business and operational stakeholders throughout organization.
What you will need
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineers or related areas
+2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment required
Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediated MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
