The Northwell Orthopaedic Institute Division of Sports Medicine is actively recruiting a Primary Care Sports Medicine Specialist. We are seeking a fellowship trained physician with a strong general medicine background in either family practice or internal medicine. The ideal candidate is someone who has completed or is currently completing an AMSSM affiliated fellowship from an accredited program.
This is a faculty practice position, and this individual will work closely with the full-time orthopedic group and orthopedic sports medicine specialists. Our specialists are the medical providers and team physicians for many local high schools, colleges, and professional teams. The ideal candidate is a smart, caring, strong and dynamic individual who will immediately contribute to our team of sports medicine professionals.
