What you will do
In this role, you will provide input for the development and implementation of test systems and software used in the manufacturing of defibrillator products and accessories.
You will provide production support functions, including yield improvement, process optimization, failure analysis, training, and troubleshooting
You will participate in test system design activities, including test specification development and maintenance, and test hardware and software design and implementation
You will participate in the integration, verification, and acceptance of test systems
You will support our sustaining engineering teams for continuous improvement of product operation and performance
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline or a combination of education and equivalent experience
2+ years of applicable technical experience
What We Would Love That You Have (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience or training in software development using text-based language such as C/C++/C#, Visual Basic, etc.
Experience with common test instrumentation and equipment
Experience in development of test software for a manufacturing environment, using test development tools and languages including LabWindows CVI, TestStand, and .NET
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Experience with medical product verification, qualification, and validation requirements
Experience in validation of test systems, including validation plans, protocols, and reports
