What you will do:
The myHR team is the first point of contact for our Stryker employees and managers and their HR related needs. This team provides a high level of customer service across the America's region, helping our employees with their questions on policies, procedures and company initiatives. This role supports requests via verbal and written communication spanning across payroll, benefits, and general HR knowledge. This candidate will also walk employees through step-by-step processes in the Workday system and explain functionality.
Provide a high level of customer service via phone and case management system in verbal and written communication to employees/managers.
Triage inquiries regarding Workday system functionality, corporate policies, benefit and leave information, payroll/paycheck questions, recruiting, SLMS, and total rewards.
Assist employees/ manager questions regarding HR related processes (i.e. common annual review, annual enrollment, recruiting).
Determine escalation path of more complex customer issues to specialized teams or the appropriate COE for advanced support and follow up as required.
Assist employees and managers with myHR portal and Workday system navigation and completing transactions.
What you need:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Customer service experience preferred
Experience using a case management or HRMS system preferred
