We are currently looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Software Project Manager to play a vital role as part of our research and development team working on our Neptune family of waste management products. In this position, you will ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of assigned projects, while exemplifying our core values of Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance. You will be part of our surgical technologies group, focusing on generating innovative products that redefine the standard of care for operating room staff.

What You Will Do
You will lead our new product development team's software projects with a strong understanding of software design control.
You will lead software projects in support of our new product development activities.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Operations and Marketing departments to ensure divisional and operational goals and strategies are met.
You will navigate challenging situations by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance to legal and regulatory requirements.
You will help establish standard processes for consistent project deliverables and provide management oversight of responsible task owners.
You will drive consistent practices throughout all phases of the project life cycle.
You will also ensure the requirements of 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 standards are implemented and maintained (including those of all MDSAP countries).
What You Need
6+ years of demonstrated technical and professional experience leading software projects in a regulated environment.
Bachelor's Degree required; in a technical field (SW Engineering or Computer Science preferred).
Agile/ Certified Scrum Master is highly preferred
PMI certification highly desirable
Demonstrated knowledge and application of regulatory requirements, including ISO, FDA, and International requirements, preferred.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with and lead cross-functional teams, preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple project workloads, preferred.
Ability to Influence across the organization, preferred.
