This role acts as a primary subject matter expert on Workday interface configuration; combining expert-level proficiency in Workday integrations and reporting with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with various stakeholder groups across HR and IT functions to turn complex requirements into tangible deliverables.This role will help support and drive the adoption of new functionality, system enhancements, new and existing integrations in Workday--including Workday Studio--and PRISM functionality while partnering in developing new integrated technologies.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Own the data governance, documentation and maintenance of Workday report-based interfaces that support HR and various business processes.
Collaborates with other Workday technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and will advise the technical development and support activities configuring integrations in Workday.
Continuously researches new capabilities within Workday, work with functional SME's to vet against current business gaps and how the gaps can be remediated.
Advises on Workday technical system activities - integrations, business process configuration, security fundamentals, calculated fields, report writer, integrations, EIBs, BIRT etc.
Consult and partner with HR Business Process Managers, IT and/or Governance Boards to confirm requirements, identify gaps and risks, suggest alternatives, advise on best practices, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements to sign-off.
Develop and advise on scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to future business needs in areas of HCM, Comp, Advanced Comp, Security, Payroll, Time, Absence Management, and PRISM with respect to integrations and reporting.
Lead the semi-annual Workday release review and implementation of affected reporting and analytics impacts.
Translate customer business requirements into deliverable solutions and assist in the creation of the delivery roadmap, estimates, and project timelines with project managers.
Provide functional oversight to ensure there is a consistent approach across each functional workstream and to facilitate activities with the QA Lead that have a multi-functional impact such as testing preparation and tenant build preparation.
Education and special trainings:
Bachelor's Degree is required. Degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or related major is preferred.
Qualifications and Experience:
Requires 7+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 4+ years' experience implementing HR technologies.
Minimum of 2 years of Workday data model and functionality experience.
Experience with Workday reporting and integrations is required.
In depth knowledge of reporting, security and downstream integrations to gauge impact of changes, triage and remedy incidents and/or scope level of effort for new initiatives.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with ability to design and develop solutions to meet business needs creatively.
Experience working with HR and Payroll departments strongly preferred.
