As an Associate Sales Account Manager, you will have a direct impact on healthcare. You will also have the opportunity for growth through our aggressive compensation plan with uncapped earning potential. The company's products include LIFEPAK® monitor/defibrillators and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), LUCAS® Chest Compression Systems, the LIFENET® System, and more. In addition to these products, you also have the ability to sell Power-Pro cots, Power-Loads, & Evacuation Chairs when used in the hospital space. Emergency Care Hospital sales representatives use a consultative approach to help customers address patient-care, clinical, and operational challenges, and recommend a tailored solution that demonstrates measurable results. Our unique, clinically-driven approach ensures that our customers will be delighted and you will achieve your personal and professional goals.
What you will do:
You will develop and execute a business plan that is designed to meet and exceed financial, market, and product portfolio goals for your respective territory.
You will create effective territory planning to ensure retention and penetration of existing accounts, cultivation of new customers, and the conversion of competitive accounts.
You will work with customers to develop, implement and train on solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
You will work cross- functionally with team members including field services reps, sales, and internal support functions.
You will utilize CRM and other methods for planning, forecasting and business intelligence in order to support strategic and tactical decisions.
You will participate in sales workshops, sales meetings, and/or promotional activities as requested by Manager and/or Marketing Leadership and Medical Division.
You will provide current customers with excellent post-sale follow up (communication and management of delivery dates, in-service training, and coordinates product repairs).
You will actively participate in national, state, and local Hospital trade shows. For local trade shows may be solely responsible for transportation, set-up, and demonstration of Hospital products.
You will effectively manage assigned territory via planning, coordination, and overnight travel.
You will be expected to contribute to the learning and development of teammates by providing best practices and lessons learned.
You will align and drive to Stryker's Mission and Vision Statement.
You will be committed to quality by striving to provide the best customer experience possible.
What you need:
2+ years of successful selling experience
A Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related discipline
Good driving record
Strong inter-personal communication skills
Excellent time management, project management, reports and budget, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, P/L management, and field testing.
