Completion of ACGME accredited Sports Medicine Fellowship
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine (either have passed or be in good standing with fellowship currently to be in line to take CAQ in summer of year of completion of ACGME Sports Fellowship.
Strong Foundational core in Family Medicine Primary Care skills.
Robust Sports Medicine Clinical knowledge including the evaluation, assessment, and treatment of common sports medicine musculoskeletal and medical conditions.
Comfort using musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnostic and interventional applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to maintain documentation in compliance with State, Federal, Professional and Ethical guidelines
Ability to consistently utilize professional communication and conflict resolution skills with patients and staff
Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple clinical tasks and be self-directed
Ability to use computer systems in order to obtain patient information
