Position Number: 00901, 06901 School/College: School of Medicine Job Description: The Division of Clinical Immunology & Rheumatology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking investigators in basic mechanisms of rheumatic and autoimmune diseases for Instructor of Medicine (non-tenure earning), positions. The Division is a top-ranked program with exceptional strengths in a broad array of clinical areas, including RA, SLE, vasculitis, scleroderma, osteoporosis and other diseases. The Division has excellent investigators in each of these areas as well as in outcomes research and in basic studies of immunology, autoimmunity and genetics. The Division is affiliated with the UAB Comprehensive Arthritis, Musculoskeletal, Bone, and Autoimmunity Center, which draws together multidisciplinary teams.
