The University of Kentucky has an unexpected Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship position available for the July 1, 2021 appointment year (outside of the NRMP Match). The Department of Radiology at the University of Kentucky offers a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology to qualified radiologists seeking subspecialty training in all aspects of clinical musculoskeletal care, including extensive training in sports medicine MRI, musculoskeletal CT, nuclear medicine imaging, musculoskeletal ultrasound and intervention. The fellowship provides an optimal educational environment in which fellows gain intensive expertise in musculoskeletal radiology under the guidance of dedicated faculty who provide preceptorship in image interpretation, clinical problem-solving, performance of procedures, teaching and consultation, and scholarly research endeavors. The fellowship offers competitive salary and insurance benefits, paid parking, an education fund, academic/research time, full funding and leave time to attend a national meeting and much more.

APPOINTMENT & ELIGIBILITY: Qualified candidates must have completed an ACGME-approved (or equivalent) residency training program in diagnostic radiology and should be board certified or eligible by the American Board of Radiology. All candidates must be eligible for Kentucky Medical Licensure.
