The Department of Radiology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, is seeking candidates for fellow imaging positions in the following divisions:Â Musculoskeletal Imaging, Body Imaging, Womenâs Imaging, Nuclear Medicine/PET, and Neuroradiology.
The Department of Radiology is comprised of over 73 academically active faculty members, 21 fellows and 40 residents.Â We have both accredited residency and fellowship programs. We are located on the Keck School of Medicine campus in Downtown Los Angeles. Our hospitals include Los Angeles County Medical Center, Keck Hospital of USC and USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and Hospital. Outpatient sites include a full service outpatient imaging center and PET/CT center. All sites are within walking distance. Each is different in character, serving distinct patient populations but treating a wide variety of disease process. The Department is equipped with state of the art equipment across the Health Science Campus with four 3T and five 1.5T magnetic resonance scanners 9 CT scanners, including a PET/64 slice CT and a 320 slice CT, 5 fluoroscopic systems, and 14 ultrasound units. We are also in the process of installing a brand new cyclotron unit for the development and production of novel tracers. We also have a 4D lab group available for image reconstruction and quantitative analysis and collaboration.Â
