The Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is seeking a fellowship-trained orthopaedic trauma surgeon to join a busy University practice at a Level II Trauma Center, University of Maryland Capital Region Health.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching, clinical patient care, and potentially research (clinical, biomechanics, or basic biological science). Candidates must be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Faculty rank and compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
