The University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville, Department of Urology, seeks a fulltime fellowship trained, American Board of Urology certified, eligible or equivalent, endourologist for a tenure track accruing level of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor. The endo-urologist will be part of a team of ten providers subspecializing within urology. The responsibilities include providing clinical and surgical critical care of urology patients, teaching and research. The department has three fellows in advanced urology fellowships. The department boasts of invaluable academic resources including large patient base, data manager, clinical trial nurse, dedicated statistician, academic activities coordinator, access to research librarians, basic scientists and wet laboratory, and more.
For practicing physicians, the college offers a continuing medical education program that recruits national and international speakers who are well known and respected in their fields. The campus' faculty, residents and fellows are active in clinical research. Residents and fellows regularly present their findings at locations across the country and publish their projects in well-known publications.

It offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services unavailable anywhere else in North Jacksonville, provided by UF Health and community physicians. The hospital features all-private rooms, which studies show promote healing and improve the patient experience. Patient engagement technology in patient suites allows for easy meal ordering, TV control and access to nurses. And mothers-to-be can soon deliver their babies in our spacious labor and delivery suites later this summer.
