The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Minnesota is seeking an exceptional MD and/or PhD scientist at 100% appointment for a Research Scientist position (tenure track) at the academic rank of Assistant Professor or higher. This individual will be responsible for advancing the research mission of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery; the position provides an opportunity to work at the interface of basic and translational stem cell biology. Knowledge of clinical aspects of orthopaedic surgery and a knowledge of musculoskeletal cell biology are essential.
