The Comparative Orthopaedic Research Laboratory (Penn Vet CORL) has an opening for a research technician. The CORL translational research group is active in international and national collaborations with emphasis on orthopaedic device development and validation. CORL is a fully GLP compliant research facility with major emphasis regulatory preclinical trials.
The Research Technician is primarily designed to provide logistical support to the CORL lab surgical operations. Primary responsibilities include maintenance and care of surgical and laboratory equipment, assistance in peri-operative care of large animals, and maintenance and running of the OR.
