The Department of Radiology at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is actively recruiting an ninth, fellowship-trained, diagnostic neuroradiologist with CAQ certification or eligibility to join a very active neuroradiology/ENT division. The section includes eight full-time neuroradiologists with specialized areas of clinical and research expertise. On-call responsibilities are shared evenly among staff, and conventional angiography skills are not required. Our department has one of the largest highly desirable radiology residency programs on the east coast, as well as large conventional neuroradiology and unique combined neuroradiology and musculoskeletal/body MRI fellowship programs. State-of-the-art facilities include 13 high-field (1.5T) magnets, two 3T whole body magnets, 8 multi-detector CT scanners, PET/CT and PET/MRI scanners, several 3D-computer workstations, a full modality PACS, and voice recognition. Research opportunities abound in collaboration with a large group of academic MR physicists and molecular imaging scientists.
