We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Registered Nurse in our Immediate Care or ER. To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing with current NYS RN License, PALS, ACLS, BLS. The position requires a patient, empathetic, caring nurse with a strong focus on clinical and patient satisfaction; A minimum of two years of recent Emergency Room or Critical Care experience in an acute Care settling; Orthopedic experience is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills with an emphasis on patient satisfaction is expected. The Samuels Orthopedic Immediate Care Center, New York City’s only walk-in orthopedic clinic treats patients with urgent or emergent orthopedic problems, using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to evaluate and treat any and all urgent orthopedic problems. As a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, formulates the initial plan of Care with the provider (physician or nurse practitioner) and collaborates with them to implement a comprehensive patient-centered plan of Care to achieve expected outcomes. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
