Current research areas include: (1) defining the contribution of the peripheral nervous system in bone repair, and (2) the application of blood vessel wall resident MSC for bone tissue regeneration. See our laboratory website for further details.
A track record of excellence in research and an ability to work in a fast paced work environment is required. Experience in the field of bone biology, bone tissue engineering, or mesenchymal stem cells is highly preferred. Desired skills include confocal microscopy, immunohistochemistry, cell culture, and mouse colony maintenance.
