Assist physical therapists in carrying out complex procedures and programs. Perform routine treatment procedures in accordance with established protocols. Instruct patients in physical therapy activities, including use of equipment and home exercise program. Conduct performance tests under the direction of clinical staff.
Duties include maintaining clinical environment with daily cleaning and stocking duties, as assigned by clinical staff, supervisors or managers. Other assigned duties as designated by managers including but not limited to, maintaining storage areas, stocking administrative areas, assisting front end and administrative staff with miscellaneous office duties.
Experience or degree in movement science, pre-physical therapy, pre-athletic training or pre-physician assistant programs.
One to two years of orthopaedic /sports experience is preferred.
Part time 20 hours per week.
