Budget Title: Assistant Professor Faculty Position
Department: Radiology Campus: Stony Brook West Campus/HSC
Salary: Commensurate with ExperienceRequired Qualifications: MD or equivalent, NYS License, Board Eligible/Certification in Diagnostic Radiology, Training in Plain Film Diagnostic Imaging Radiology, Musculoskeletal Imaging.
Preferred Qualifications: Recent graduate with Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging. Experience with teaching, scientific publications, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Pediatric training preferred.
Responsibilities & Requirements: The Clinical Radiologist will be proficient in Diagnostic Radiology, Musculoskeletal Imaging CT, MR, US, Plain Film, and Pediatric imaging with rotational off-shift coverage. Resident education and rotational resident conference responsibilities. Opportunities available encourage participation.
Special Notes: This is a non-tenure track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
