The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Indiana University School of Medicine and IU Health Physicians Radiology is seeking an academic musculoskeletal radiologist to become a full-time member of the group.
Candidates with excellent interpersonal skills are desired. The candidate must have a strong interest in academics and research. A proven track record of successful research will be viewed positively. The department hosts a musculoskeletal imaging fellowship and residency training programs, and the candidate is expected to work effectively with and provide teaching for radiology residents and musculoskeletal radiology fellows. The candidate should have proficiency in performing diagnostic musculoskeletal radiography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasonography, arthrography and injections, and bone and soft tissue biopsy procedures, as well as competency in general radiology skills.
Minimum requirements include DO or MD degree, eligibility for Indiana licensure, and ABR certification or eligibility. Applicants must also be fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology.
