University of Washington Department of Rehabilitation Medicine Sports & Spine Division The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington is seeking applications from musculoskeletal physiatrists with an expertise in sports and general MSK medicine to join our group in a full time, non-tenured, clinical faculty position. Applicants will be considered for a Clinical Assistant, Associate, or Professor position, depending on the level of experience. The clinical environment is an outpatient practice embedded within an academic department. The emphasis will be on a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions within the areas of sports and spine medicine. Applicants must be experienced in musculoskeletal ultrasound procedures. Experience with spinal injection procedures and electrodiagnostic preferred, but not required. The Sports & Spine division in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine is a well-established group practice with 11 faculty members across several clinic locations. We provide the highest quality, patient-centered care, with each faculty member offering a unique contribution to the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. The successful candidate will have an MD or DO and must be Board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. The completion of fellowship training in sports medicine is required. Applicants must have strong clinical skills and be committed to excellence in teaching.
